Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GradeThisDeal (the “Service”), operated by GradeThisDeal (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not financial, legal or tax advice

GradeThisDeal is a screening and educational tool only. Scores, valuations, flags, ranges and memos are estimates generated from the figures you enter and reference data calibrated to a stated date. They are not financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and are not a recommendation to buy, sell or finance any business or asset. Verify all figures against primary sources and consult qualified professionals before making any decision. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Free use, downloads, donations and subscriptions

On-screen analysis is free. Downloading the PDF deal-memo is limited (currently one free download per rolling week per account). A donation unlocks unlimited downloads for the remainder of the calendar month; a Pro subscription provides ongoing access to its listed features. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments and donations are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or automated bulk access, attempting to bypass metering or paywalls, reverse-engineering, interfering with security or rate limits, or using the Service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its engine, content and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the deal data you enter. You may use generated memos for your own evaluation purposes.

6. Third-party services & advertising

The Service relies on third parties including Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Cloudflare and Google. Free pages may display advertising. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
